These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://pixelforgestudio.store (the “Site”) and the digital products sold on it. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Orders
We sell digital design assets, including website templates, UI kits, and branding packs. All products are delivered electronically via download link after successful payment. Prices are listed in EUR and may change at any time without notice.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital files in your own personal or client projects. Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
- You may use the assets in an unlimited number of your own end products.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source files as-is (e.g. as a competing template or stock asset).
- You may not claim authorship of the original design assets.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including product previews, graphics, and text, is owned by Pixel Forge Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Forge Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or Site.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
