All products sold on Pixel Forge Studio are digital goods (templates, UI kits, and design assets) delivered electronically. Because these files can be downloaded and accessed immediately after purchase, please read this policy carefully before buying.
Digital Product Refunds
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges simply for a change of mind.
We will happily issue a full refund if:
- The file(s) you received are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was advertised
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order
- You have not yet downloaded the product and request cancellation within 14 days of purchase
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@pixelforgestudio.store within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Licensing After Refund
If a refund is issued, your license to use the downloaded files is immediately revoked, and you must delete all copies of the files from your systems and projects.
Payment Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
